Renters insurance covers far more than what’s inside your apartment. Say you take place to leave the bathtub running too long and water damages your neighbor’s ceiling below; renters insurance will cover the repairs. Or, if your laptop is stolen from your automobile, that’s generally covered by renters or homeowners insurance - and not auto insurance.

Don’t fall for the local mortgage rates ploy and think you are getting a better mortgage rate. Your not. All that you are really doing is supporting your local community.Which is very noble thing to do BTW.

Bank of America will collect all of the information it needs from the listing agent and the seller. It will assign a negotiator and complete the process as follows:
Contact an agent to complete a BPO.
Review the documentation and request missing pieces of information
Order internal payoff numbers
Issue a counter offer
Send the file to MI and / or the investor
Accept, counter or reject the short sale
Notify the agent of the outcome
